As a small yet experienced team, we’ll take the time to get to know and your family from the outset and begin work with a clear and detailed brief.

Do you have clear ideas about the sort of home you’d like to build?

At this stage, having an inspiration or mood board with a collection of images that depict some of the elements you want your design to achieve is a great way to help illustrate your aims to the designer.

If you are completely undecided and need some inspiration we will work with you to develop this, and we’ll show you a range of styles from the hundreds of homes we have built.

Building a brief also involves setting out realistic expectations, a budget and expected timeframes for your project.

We’ll take you through examples of homes we’ve built that may be similar to your project aims, on different types of sites so you can make informed decisions about your options.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE END OF THIS STAGE
You’ll have a clear idea of what can be built, in what timeframe, and for what budget. You will have a detailed brief for your unique project that forms the beginning of the design phase
